A Website Care Service session is a focused block of up to two hours. Here’s how to check whether your request fits inside that, before you book.
1. Check If Your Task Has a Clear Endpoint
Fixes with a natural stopping point (a broken link, an update to existing content, a display bug) fit well. Open-ended requests (“can you improve my SEO”) don’t have a natural endpoint and need scoping first.
2. Check the List of What Usually Fits
- Fixing a broken link, plugin conflict, or display issue
- Updating existing content, images, or pricing
- Small design adjustments to an existing page
- Troubleshooting a specific technical error
3. Check the List of What Usually Doesn’t
- Building new pages or new site sections
- Anything needing a discovery or planning conversation first
- Work spanning multiple sessions with no clear endpoint
- Full redesigns or structural changes
4. If You’re Not Sure
Ask before booking. It’s a normal question, and it’s faster than finding out partway through a session.
